RIGS 4.04 – Ring of Regeneration
“Belark was dead, the spear pierced right through him and out the other side. The battle was almost over and our greatest warrior lay dead at my side with the horde approaching fast. The night before the battle at camp, Blark had said he wanted to die while wearing his family heirloom, a small ring, as was their tradition. Honoring his wish I removed the ring from around his neck and placed it on his finger. There was a very faint pulse with the ring, then, and I swear to all the gods this is true, the wound on his chest healed up. Within seconds he was alive again, smiling and grinning at me. seeing the horde he grabbed the spear that killed him and returned to the battle with a furious charge”

Description
A ring , like many others, is a band of metal that is worn on one of your fingers
Powers
This potent artifact can heal any injury, even death if used within 24 hours and the body is at east 50% intact. By simply placing it on a finger, the body is healed from all injuries
Downside
If the ring ever gets stuck on your finger, like some rings do, then soon the ring starts to heal and accelerate the growth of everything in your body, from hair, to fingernails, even diseases. It then also tries to heal the damage the disease does, then speeds up the effects. If you have a minor disease this can give you a weeks worth of flu in 24 hours, unpleasant, but livable. If something more serious, like leprosy, this can make your life a living hell
Destruction
It must be given to an avatar of a death god to wear.
RIGS 4.05 – Mirror of Disintegration
“Yes my lord, we found the remains of the thief in the treasury. His screams led us to him. As there was only one item there and we all know what that vault contained, we followed protocol and used our own mirrors to secure the artifact. It has been covered and the theifs..remains..are being swept up as we speak and are to be sent back to his commander in a small box, blue I believe as they seem to hate that colour. “

Description
Like many artifacts, this one looks simple but is very powerful. It hangs on a wall or on a stand, but when discovered is normally covered by some kind of a cage of cloth to prevent the accidental use of its power.
Powers
Any living being that looks directly into the mirror is disintegrated in a slow and painful manner. The only safe way to look at it is via another mirror.
Downside
The major downside should be obvious – The mirrors power disintegrates anyone who directly looks into the reflective surface, otherwise, the mirror is a relatively safe object to handle and move, just don’t look into it, not even for a second.
Destruction
A hammer from the artificer that made the mirror is rumoured to be the only way to permanently destroy the mirror. Legends say that doing so will bring the breaker many years of bad luck but the mirror will then be destroyed.
