This week’s “10 questions” is going to be about materials, as that is the theme for the week. This is going to be one of those sets that cover the major genres, but individual questions/prompts might be more focused on one genre but would be easy enough to tweak for another. For example, if you see a reference to magic you could replace it with psionics or something else of a similar nature.
Some of these questions may seem to be redundant, like rarest and expensive, but the answers might be different. A rare material might not be useful, just rare, whilst one that is required for certain projects might push the price up, making it more costly than the scarcity suggests.

- What is the rarest material?
- Are any materials named after famous people?
- Are certain materials found only in certain regions?
- Does any material have a cultural significance?
- What material can affect supernatural forces?
- Is there any material that is banned?
- Is there any material restricted to use by only one group?
- Is there any material that has a unique property?
- What is the newest material to be invented/discovered?
Bonus Question: What material should, by all laws of nature or science, not exist?
